Cat Grooming

A: No. Our grooming salon grooms one dog or cat at a time, but never at the same time. Your pet will be the only one being groomed when they are here. This helps lessen the anxiety and stress for your pet compared to a salon that grooms multiple dogs at the same time. 

A: Our salon does not have cage dryers (where the animals are put in kennels with a dyer attached to the front of the door). If your pet is scared of the dryer, or it causes them too much stress, we have different drying options available to help us finish the groom.  We will not cause unnecessary stress to your pet while they are in grooming. 

A: Yes. No-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled groom cost. Same day cancellations/reschedules will be charged 50% of their schedule groom cost. This charge will be taken from the card on file.

A: Appointments may need to be rescheduled if clients are running late for their scheduled groom.  Grooming appointments are scheduled for an allotted amount of time based on your pets' grooming needs. Please call to let us know if you are running late to make sure we'll still have time to complete your pet's groom.
